IT Digitalization Project Manager

                                 Then join our digital department as an IT Digitalization Project Manager!

You will oversee digitizing and automating the Group’s processes and will be responsible for the successful completion of major digital projects, both for new applications and for improving and automating existing processes.

You will act as a business partner to the business teams, working with the business analysts to make business flows more reliable and optimize them.

Thanks to your ability to analyze and summarize, you will be able to propose solutions tailored to user requirements in an international, multi-site context.

You will be working in a hybrid On-Premises/Cloud technical environment with stringent security requirements.

 

Therefore, your main missions will be:

  • Drafting of detailed functional and/or technical specifications based on business interviews
  • Monitoring and implementation of digitization projects (in-house and/or outsourced):

Redesign of the Spineart mobile application

Ensuring optimum interconnection between the different software platforms used within the Group, to avoid duplication of information as far as possible

Setting up an Intranet for the Group

  • Being responsible for the recipe and user training
  • Post-Go-Live monitoring, support and ongoing maintenance
  • Automating low value-added business processes and delivering long-term digital solutions using robust, proven technologies
  • Ensuring technology watch

    Miscellaneous

    •  The IT Digitalization Project Manager is expected to travel (USA, Spain and Italy) approximately 4 times a year, more during the first employment year.
    • One day of teleworking per week

    Your profile:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as IT Business Analyst or IT Project Manager, ideally including at least one significant experience in a changing context
    • Proven skills in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Cloud Azure, project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.), Power Platform a plus
    • Ability to work in French and English
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Force of proposal, Solution (“keep it simple mindset”) and business oriented
    • Customer focused with an entrepreneurial spirit, you enjoy working in an operational role with a very good strategic vision and strong analytical skills
    • Problem-solving abilities, curiosity and proactivity
    • Lead change management initiatives
    • University degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field. (Master degree or equivalent).
