Due to our expansion we are looking for a Vice President of Human Resources

JOB PROFILE:

• Taking part in our global strategy as counsellor to the Executive Committee
• Implement solutions aligned with business needs, growth & company’s strategy
• Co-build with teams initiatives that will help foster a global culture
• Implement our People strategy (recruitment and retention,)
• Working with CAO, act as a key contributor to our “recruit, Develop and Retain Leadership Talent strategy”
• Support Managers and drive people management processes:
Compensation policy and performance management
Development and training policy
Skills assessment and succession planning
• Improve current HR processes and implement new ones
• Ensure our legal compliance with all the social and legal frameworks in different countries
• Coach a 2 people team to implement and drive HR initiatives forward.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of professional experience in a HR VP role in a fast-paced company
• Proven experience in a multinational company with different working sites (abroad)
• Strong experience in change management and implementing new processes
• Strong experience in manpower & skills planning
• High-level Degree in HR management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; any other language is an advantage
• Able to work across all levels of the organization with trustful relationship
• Ability to perform under tight timelines and changing environments
• You are a problem solver, and you have analytical and stakeholder management skills.
