HR Director

Missions:

Reporting to our Chief Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy according to the group objectives:

  • You will be the main contact for employees, managers, and the Executive Committee for all HR topics.
  • In collaboration with operational teams, you will build initiatives that will help foster a global culture within the group.
  • You will have to implement efficient HR procedures within the group related to the entire life cycle of all employees: recruitment, learning and development and training, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, termination of employment.

To support our global strategy, you will more precisely:

    • Identify recruitment needs, develop, and execute best practice for hiring,
    • Manage talent development strategy, build a strong career and succession planning system to retain and develop talent,
    • Analyse and design compensation and benefits practices,
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify a suitable HRIS for the company,
    • Implement KPI’s and reports,
    • Improve the performance assessment process,
    • Develop a training program to continuously improve performance,
    • Prepare and monitor salary budgets in collaboration with the area managers,
    • Be responsible for internal communication,
    • Ensure our legal compliance with all the social and legal frameworks in different countries, manage and resolve all employee relations issues,
    • Be in charge of maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law,
    • Ensure the operational management and administration of the HR department and will supervise and develop 2 people team.

Your internal title will be  VP Global HR

 

Profile:

  • At least 10 years of growing experience in HR with a previous successful managerial and strategic role, initially acquired in a large company and lastly in a fast-growing company,
  • Proven experience in a multinational company with different working sites (international)
  • Experience in Medical Devices industry,
  • Experience in Swiss HR administration a must,
  • Strong experience in change management and implementation of new processes,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French; any other language a plus,
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and main HRIS,
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources,
  • Very pragmatic, you have an extensive experience in a fast-growing company and can implement personally tailored solutions in key HR activities aligned with business needs,
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills,
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills,
  • Ability to perform under tight timelines and changing environments,
