To consolidate our Swiss sales team we are looking for an experienced Medical Devices Consultant for the Swiss German part.

Missions :

• Develop new accounts and visit customers in the defined area
• Initiate contact with hospitals in specific territory to generate prospective sales and follow up with positive leads
• Build and maintain a thorough understanding of Spineart’s product and service portfolio
• Complete customer needs analysis and develop quotes with regard paid to Spineart’s profit margins
• Present product ranges in hospitals and private clinics
• Support Spineart in the development of sales, product marketing and contracting
• Plan and attend to events to support expansion of the business: representation of the company at national and international congresses
• Organize regional symposia and workshops
• Train medical teams on Spineart products
• Support surgical teams in relation to the use of Spineart products in the operating room
• Monitor inventories and profitability of equipment in hospitals
• Provide on a regular basis market information; including competition, new procedures/techniques, products, etc.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business studies, or medical/paramedical studies
• Minimum 3 years in spine field and excellent written, verbal communication and negotiating skills with thorough product knowledge
• Ability to be persuasive with customers and establish contacts within the hospital departments
• Ability to make presentations to various groups regarding Spineart’ s products
• Knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Fluent in English (working language with headquarter)
