The paralegal assistant will assist the Legal & Compliance department by providing administrative support:

  • Support the contracts documentation process
  • Support in the preparation, tracking and archiving of the agreements process
  • Implement the administrative work, including organizing to maintain and archive the various Compliance & Legal department files (electronic and paper) in accordance with general records
  • Support file creation and data gathering for legal & compliance activity
  • Maintain up to date the various databases of the Legal & Compliance department
  • Ensure the follow-up of CNOM/ MedTech submissions and other processes
  • Drafting correspondence and managing email communication
  • Monitoring Compliance Inbox
  • Strictly follow compliance process guidelines




  • CFC commercial employee or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years’ relevant work experience as an assistant
  • Experience in the legal and /or compliance department of a multinational group or at a law firm would be a plus
  • French and English mandatory (spoken and written)
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Good time management skills to handle accurately multiple tasks with great sense of priorities
