Support Product Manager during product launches, expert phases and product phase-out by building business cases, sales forecast and monitoring their implementation through 3 axes: actual sales figures, product delivery and product availability.

Ensure consistency between business planning, launch manufacturing, launch sales objectives and launch margin objectives

Update and monitor product launch KPIs.

Define business planning
• Gather hypothesis from sales and marketing team
• Fill business plan template
• Extract related sales, and product needs for manufacturing

Ensure product availability
• Follow-up actual sales trends
• Analyze the incoming product vs sales trends
• Identify potential gaps and alert Purchasing and Product Manager department for corrective actions

Product optimization
• Following company guidelines, analyze field inventory
• Propose action plan to optimize product inventory


• Knowledge of the orthopedic or spine business mandatory
• Master’s in economy, finance or business
• English mandatory, good knowledge of French
• Additional languages a clear additional value
• Ability to deep dive into complex data
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Customer and solution-oriented mindset
