Software Technical Lead, Architect & Engineer

Microsoft Dynamics 365

 

His main responsibilities will be:

  • Being the technical lead for the team and the technical software architect (D365, Power Platform, other)
  • Being responsible of the development strategy
  • Dynamics 365 F&O Projects management
  • Training and support to end users

 

Missions

  • Project management:

o User requirement’s gathering (in collaboration with our business analyst)

o System’s possibilities analysis (in collaboration with our business analyst)

o Design target solution

o In-house development and implementation

o Go Live o Post go live management and support (in collaboration with our business analyst)

  • Software maintenance
  • Gateway between end users and Digital department
  • Diagnose bottlenecks and improve performances
  • Implement and maintain a development strategy
  • Source code follow up and optimization
  • Define development rules according to Microsoft best practices
  • Define and implement rule to automate build and code deployment
  • Use, setup, and interface with other software used at Spineart
  • Manage development virtual machines
  • Technology watch for the various software platforms used at Spineart
  • Train Internal engineer on the latest standards and best practices

One day per week in remote

Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing software solutions
  • Proven technical skills (software architecture)
  • Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 For Finance and Operations (technical & functional)
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Competency in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in French and English
  • Engineer education (Master degree or equivalent)
  • Very good analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as problem solving skills
  • Business acumen and autonomous
  • Proven skills in communication and interaction with business & technical departments
  • Flexibility (deal with emergencies along with long term projects)
