Christian Pfab is a member of the Executive Committee at EGS Beteiligungen (EGSB) and serves on the boards of several portfolio companies. He brings deep experience leading industrial and technology businesses across operations, corporate development, finance, and M&A, with a focus on value creation and business transformation.

Prior to joining EGSB in 2024, Christian held leadership roles at BKW Group. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of the automation business and CEO of Sigren Engineering, a technology company focused on critical infrastructure. He began his career in management consulting.

Christian holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He is a CFA charterholder.
