SWISS ACADEMY
The Spineart Education Team is delighted to have organized the Swiss Academy that took place in Geneva on September 28-29.
During this two day course, the focus was on the surgical treatment for the sub-axial cervical spine and the clinical rationale for Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion (ALIF) and Lumbar Total Disc Replacement (TDR), including the demonstration and practice of the surgical approaches associated with Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) and the anterior approach to the lumbar spine. The hands-on training course brought together 19 participating surgeons with 8 experienced faculty, kickstarting us back into face-to-face training events again after the pandemic.

CERVICAL ARTHROPLASTY EXPERT MEETING IN CHINA
Following the success of our last year event in Nanchang, Spineart is proud to have hosted a new Cervical Arthroplasty Expert Meeting in China, held in Beijing on the 24th of July 2021.
The meeting philosophy was “Why, When and How” to use our NMPA (National Medical Products Administration) approved arthroplasty device, BAGUERA® C. Rather than a lecture-oriented event, we offered an interactive experience between 42 spine experts, based on group clinical cases discussions and live surgery at the Peking University Third Hospital (PUTH).
We’d like to extend again our deep gratitude to the Chairman, Speakers and the local organization team who greatly contributed to the success of this event.
