Spineart is proud to announce the first surgery involving PERLA® TL MIS, the new MIS Thoraco-lumbar Fixation System.

On July 26^th 2021, Dr. Sharma, Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (Virginia, USA), performed the first worldwide surgery involving 2-levels (L3-L5). Dr. Sharma declared that – “The PERLA® TL MIS system is unique in its ability to reduce the rod into the screw tulips. It also eliminates many unnecessary steps for insertion of pedicle screws in a MIS manner.”

PERLA® TL MIS is designed to provide a reliable and efficient solution in Minimally Invasive Surgery and is the natural extension of PERLA® TL, the new Spineart Posterior Thoraco-lumbar platform.

After a successful limited release period and already more than 1000 surgeries performed, SPINEART is proud to announce the official full launch of PERLA® TL, the new Posterior Thoraco-lumbar Fixation System.

Built on 15 years of successful experience with the ROMEO® system, patient’s safety oriented, with full implant system offered sterile and simplicity driven in its ancillaries conception, PERLA® TL is ready to go worldwide.

The system combines a set of simplified instrumentation with smart instrument design and a complete range of sterile-packed bar-coded implants, which include pedicle screws with the following features: Friction Tulip Head with Double Rod Diameter Compatibility and a Screw Shaft incorporating a Dual Core and Dual Threads design.

PERLA® TL is the first step of a brand new posterior thoraco-lumbar fixation platform. Further extensions will be announced.
