LUMBAR DISC PROSTHESIS BAGUERA®L LAUNCHED
Geneva, February 11th 2008. Spineart, leader of a new spinal generation, announces its first lumbar artificial disc surgery, BAGUERA®L. Dr. Morad Pedram, spine surgeon in Bordeaux, France, successfully performed the first lumbar surgery utilizing SpineArt’s new generation of motion implants, BAGUERA®L. This artificial disc is MRI compatible, benefits from our patented shock absorption system, a unique choice of a fixed or mobile PE inlay during the operation, and like all of our innovative products can be easily implanted with a set of high quality ancillaries. For the BAGUERA®L, the set of ancillaries is comprised of only 7 well designed tools. DISTRIBUTION EXPANDING AT BREATHTAKING PACE
Geneva, October 8th 2007. Spineart’s has signed a number of key distribution partnerships, including Germany, Spain, Argentina, Venezuela, and is now covering over 14 countries. In Spain, Spineart has reached an exclusive distribution contract and aims to reach a 5% market share within one year. In Latin America, SpineArt has signed two exclusive distribution contracts in Argentina and Venezuela, and is going to soon follow suit with Brazil and Mexico. WORLD'S FIRST PRE-ASSEMBLED MRI COMPATIBLE CERVICAL DISC SUCCESFULL IMPLANTED

LAUNCH OF POSTERIOR LUMBAR CAGE JULIET®PO
Geneva, December 10th 2006. Spineart announces the launch of its Posterior Cage, JULIET®PO, following the first implantations by Dr. Vally and Dr. Bernard, both from France, several months ago. This posterior lumbar cage is the first of a full range of lumbar cages which will soon also offer a anterior cage, as well as lateral one, all benefitting from our dynamic fusion concept. LAUNCH OF ROMEO® LUMBAR FIXATION
Geneva, December 10th 2006. SpineArt, leader of a new spinal generation, has completed the launch of its innovative lumbar fusion range. Dr. Lapras and Dr. Vadier, spinal surgeons in Annecy and Bordeaux, France, have successfully implanted SpineArt’s first polyaxial pedicular screws, ROMEO®. The screw is characterized by a streamlined tip, powerful thread, and a minimally invasive head. As with all of SpineArt’s designs, the ROMEO® screws can be implanted utilizing a simplified set of only twelve high quality ancillaries, and can be strengthened by an Autostable Transverse Hook system.
LAUNCH OF DYNAMIC CERVICAL PLATE TRYPTIK®PL

SpineArt has launched an independent plate, TRYPTIK®PL, a very slender (1.5mm) plate which prevents dysphagia, associated with anti back-out screws which like our entire range of cervical fusion implants can be implanted with a unique set of only four easy-to-use instruments.
