Enabling technologies

Advancing technology.
Simplifying care.

At Spineart, we are committed to developing and supporting enabling technologies that improve surgical precision and promote patient safety. We are pushing boundaries of what’s possible in the OR, helping to equip surgeons with the tools they need to deliver better patient outcomes, today and tomorrow.

  • Trajectory Guidance Solution – innovative, simple, and mobile.
  • Freehand Navigation Compatibility – minimizes additional capital investment and leverages the existing installed base.
  • Robotics & Navigation Platform – a fully customized solution for PERLA® that goes beyond existing technologies. Technology that simplifies complexity — reducing workload so every decision is sharper and every move more confident.
Additionally, our PERLA® PLATFORM for posterior fixation is already fully compatible with these Enabling Technologies.

Trajectory guidance solution

In collaboration with Pytheas, we bring forward a trajectory guidance solution that combines mobility, precision, and exclusive sensing technology.
Designed for mobility, it fits into a small case and operates via a tablet interface, while its exclusive gyroscope-on-chip sensing technology—tailored for the PERLA® posterior fixation systems—ensures precise, real-time trajectory control.

Navigation Compatibility
    • Greater accuracy in pedicle screw placement (up to 94% vs. 85% with freehand methods).
    • Fewer complications and reoperations, leading to safer outcomes.
    • Lower radiation exposure for both patients and surgeons, especially in minimally invasive surgery.
    • Significant cost savings through reduced need for revisions.

Spineart’s navigated instruments are compatible with most major navigation systems currently available on the market.

eCential robotic

Our partnership with eCential Robotics reshapes surgical precision through advanced robotics and its open platform, fully compatible with the PERLA® PLATFORM and multiple 3D imaging devices.

Robot & navigation solution
This platform combines robotic and navigation-guided screw placement. It offers automatic registration, compensates for patient movement, and features a robotic arm with seven degrees of freedom. Screw planning is semi-automated, and the system supports both automated and collaborative modes.

PERLA APP
Full integration and compatibility of the PERLA® PLATFORM implants and instruments.

Please note that this product is approved by the FDA only.
