Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator (Medical Devices)

 

Spineart Deutschland GmbH based in Mainz, is a dedicated team of 20 professionals, including experts in sales, marketing, and logistics, committed to serving the German spinal surgery market.

To support our continued growth, we have established an operational team  focused on the DACH region. Additionally, we work in close collaboration with all departments at our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

 

We are looking for a

Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator (Medical Devices)

In this multifaceted role, you will support the marketing and sales teams in  organizing events, managing relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and handling administrative and logistical tasks in customer service. You will act as a key interface between the field force, clinics, internal departments, and international colleagues.

 

Marketing & Events

  • Organize internal events, training sessions, and HCP visits
  • Coordinate congresses (e.g., DWG), including hotel bookings, booth staff, and materials
  • Maintain calendars and event databases (e.g., SharePoint, Cvent)
  • Order and distribute marketing and demo materials for the German sales team
  • Support special marketing campaigns and initiatives

 

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Assist with billing issues and customer inquiries
  • Contact clinics or sales reps to collect missing batch numbers
  • Coordinate expired product returns with the sales team and customer service
  • Support PEG tenders: fill in Excel sheets, create special offers for hospitals, DSO file

 

Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking a motivated individual who brings a strong combination of  experience, precision, and technical proficiency to the role:

  • Professional background in marketing, event coordination, or customer  service — ideally within the medical or healthcare sector
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Solid command of digital tools, including MS Office Suite, SharePoint,  Excel, and event management platforms such as Cvent
