Ti-LIFE lateral cage

Ti-LIFE Technology

Spineart’s Ti-LIFE Technology enhances additive manufacturing to create a porous titanium structure that mimics natural bone, promoting cell colonization and optimizing medical imaging.

The modulus of elasticity is close to that of natural bone, while the surface properties enhance robust osseointegration compared to PEEK.

Anatomical Shape

The anatomical shape of the cage ensures optimal fit between endplates. A wide range of options is available, including two widths and hyperlordotic version, to accommodate various patient anatomies.

Integrated fixation system

The lateral cage system includes a low-profile integrated plate with a two-screw configuration. The counter-plate enables a one-step locking mechanism, simplifying the procedure while preventing screw back-out. The plate design also limits screw angulation.

MIS Lateral Approach

SPINEART provides a comprehensive MIS lateral solution that includes the OTELO® LL retractor, designed to enable optimal cage placement, as well as instruments with working lengths optimized for the lateral approach and compatible with various patient anatomies.

The JULIET®Ti LL features an overall reduced density, optimizing medical imaging and postoperative evaluations.

Instruments

The system includes easy-to-use instruments, organized in two compact sets. An optional angled instrument set helps manage anatomical challenges. The “Plate and screw” instruments set is also available. All instruments are designed with working lengths adapted for the lateral approach.
