Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of Spineart

Jérôme is Head of Research & Development. A mechanical engineer specialized in materials and surface coating. Jérôme has over 20 years experience in the spine industry. Prior to creating SPINEART, Jérôme was spine product manager for BBRAUN-AESCULAP, where, amongst many other responsibilities, he was in charge of the commercialization of the PRODISC in France.

Stéphane Mugnier-Jacob Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of Spineart

Stéphane is Head of Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Prior to creating SPINEART, Stéphane spent twelve years with BBRAUN-AESCULAP where he started as product manager for Trauma and Spine, and then became Director of the spinal division In France. Stéphane holds a B.A. in business management with a specialization in marketing.

Guillaume Amblard Chief Product Officer

Guillaume joined Spineart in 2008 and is head of R&D and Product Marketing departments. He has a proven experience of 19 years in the spine industry. Before joining Spineart, he notably contributed to the development or launch of major projects at Stryker Spine. Guillaume holds a degree in Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Arts et Métiers.

Alex Moussa Chief Operating Officer

Alex is a senior Executive Leader in the Medical devices industry, with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a track record of success in building new business ventures, accelerating growth and in re-invigorating mature businesses. Alex spent the last 17 years at Medtronic where he led regional business units in diabetes, spine, biopharma and cardiology before serving as Vice President and President of Kanghui Orthopedics in China and VP of Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure in EMEA.

Franck Pennesi Chief Technical Officer

Chief Technical Officer

Franck was one of the pillars of Spineart’s creation, joining Spineart in May 2005. He is Head of Regulatory Affairs & Quality and leads the Production sites.
Franck has over thirty years of experience in Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing. He started his career with AESCULAP as Head of Quality production, before becoming TUV’s auditor in 2000 specialized in Medical Devices.
Franck holds a degree in Manufacturing Sciences.

Jérôme Trividic Chief Strategy Officer

Chief Strategy Officer

Jérôme joined Spineart in 2011 and is the group Chief Strategy Officer and a Board Member. Currently based in the United States, Jérôme also serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Spineart USA. Prior to joining Spineart, Jérôme was an investment banker specialized in the Healthcare industry with Lehman Brothers and Lazard in London. Jérôme holds a Master degree and an Engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique, Paris.

Jérôme joined Spineart in 2005 and is Head of Finance. Jérôme began his career at JP Morgan before becoming Director at Arthur Andersen Paris and was more recently CFO of one of France’s largest outsourcing Customer Services company with over 2500 employees.
Jérôme holds a B.A in economics from I.S.G., Paris.
