Ti-LIFE Technology

Spineart’s Ti-LIFE Technology enhances additive manufacturing to create a porous titanium structure that mimics natural bone, promoting cell colonization and optimizing medical imaging.
The modulus of elasticity is close to that of natural bone, while the surface properties enhance robust osseointegration compared to PEEK.

Comprehensive range

The anatomical shape of the cage ensures optimal fit between endplates. A wide range of options is available, including three footprints and hyperlordotic version, to accommodate various patient anatomies.

High-performance screw

The self-drilling screw design has a very sharp endtip with flutes and quadri threads which ease the insertion in the vertebra.

One-step cam lock

The zero-profile one-step locking mechanism with pre-assembled cam locks prevents screw migration. The cam locks are fully reversible and provide secure fixation with both visual and audible confirmation.

Integrated screw channel

The three SCARLET® AL-T screws are easily inserted into the cage thanks to the 3 channels.

Zero profile

The screw heads are completely integrated within the cage. Zero-profile implants may limit the risk of damage to vessels and adjacent soft tissues.

Optimal visualization

The SCARLET® AL-T features an overall reduced density, optimizing medical imaging and postoperative evaluations.

Instruments

The system includes easy-to-use instruments. All instruments are designed with working lengths adapted for the anterior approach. Anterolateral trial and implant inserters are available to help adress anatomical challenges.
