One Step Locking Mechanism
The locking mechanism operates like a smooth ratcheting system. The locking plate has 2 flexible blades for strong grip on the central core preventing any separation of the plates once compressed against the spinous processes.
P-Screwless Technology
ROMEO®2 PAD can be used as an alternative to pedicle screws in selected indications.
Titanium Central Core
The central core includes a graft window designed to promote the fusion process. The PEEK central core is not FDA approved.
