SCARLET® AC-Ti
SECURED ANTERIOR CERVICAL CAGE
Redefined Anatomical Shape
We used morphometric analysis to redefine anatomical shapes. Starting with a normalized 3D cervical model, we designed the anatomical profile. We then evaluated these designs on real patient models from CT scans and made adjustments for an optimized fit. The final result is the SCARLET® AC-Ti anatomical cage.
Integrated Screw Guides
The trajectory of the screw is guided by the implant, allowing precise targeted insertion. The 40° cranio-caudal angulation and 7.5° medio-lateral angle are achieved due to the integrated screw guides.
Ti-LIFE Technology
Spineart’s Ti-LIFE Technology enhances additive manufacturing to create a porous titanium structure that mimics natural bone, promoting cell colonization and optimizing medical imaging1.
The modulus of elasticity is close to that of natural bone, while the surface properties enhance robust osseointegration compared to PEEK2, 4.
Integrated Locking Mechanism
The zero profile one-step locking mechanism with integrated cam lock prevents migration of screws or anchors.
